Meet Hazel
Hazel Unciano was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii. After graduating from high school, she was awarded a business scholarship to Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. After her earning her degree in Business Management, Hazel returned home. In 2003, she completed her Real Estate license from Hawaii School of Real Estate and immediately signed onto Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties New Agent Training Office. In 2011, she moved to Prudential Locations. Coldwell Banker continued to track Hazel’s success and kept the door open for her return. In 2021, she accepted their invitation and decided to return home to Coldwell Banker Realty, Honolulu Office.
Real Estate has created many opportunities for Hazel. She has served hundreds of clients with the sell and purchase of investments. With nearly two decades in her career, she serves a diverse clientele, ranging from the first-time home buyer to the discerning investor.
In addition to her general brokerage business, Hazel has also managed the Fannie Mae Real Estate Owned Account. She oversaw the market preparation and over-all sales process of the bank’s assets. As inventory grew, Hazel organized a team of field agents to assist in weekly tasks.
Hazel was also selected by Howard Hughes to be part of the Ke Kilohana Sales Team in Ward Village. They were assigned to sell a new building with more than 300-units to a specific demographic. Along with her team, Hazel hosted educational workshops on Reserved Housing to thousands of Buyers and other organizations. This team of elite agents surpassed all goals set for them by the client and in less than five days, Hazel and her fellow colleagues broke the company record and sold out all 375 Reserved Housing units.
Real Estate continues to provide Hazel with a rewarding profession. She has been recognized as a past Aloha ‘Aina People’s Choice Winner and Best In Real Estate by Honolulu Magazine. Since returning to Coldwell Banker Realty, Hazel has been awarded with the Coldwell Banker Realty’s International Designation for exceptional sales performance, ambition and commitment to excellence within the organization’s Top 18% worldwide. With her heart to serve, Hazel donates a portion of her earnings to a few non-profit organizations. Even with the dedication to her job, Hazel manages to balance time with her family. They enjoy volunteering in the community, golf and travel.
